My bamboo has spread most of the way to the water and there's no road access below. Can you still reach it?
Access needs a site review. Send photos from a safe position showing the stand and possible approaches, but do not enter unsafe ground to get them. Slope, soil and obstacles can rule out equipment access; the written scope should identify any area that cannot be reached safely.
Does clearing bamboo near the Lake Lure shoreline require a permit?

Can you stop the bamboo short of the water?
