Land clearing from $1,500. Sounds crazy? It's not. It depends on acreage and location.

These terms describe the website offer; your written quote sets out the exact work for your property.

The base price

The from $1,500 base price covers the first visit on a small, accessible bamboo job: culms cut and mulched in place and rhizomes treated. Acreage, access for the machine, how far the rhizomes have spread and what the land is for afterwards move the price. Every job is a fixed written price before work starts. No day rates.

Follow-up and regrowth

Bamboo regrows from rhizomes. Mulching alone does not remove bamboo. Rhizome treatment is part of the first visit on every bamboo job, and a return visit to cut new shoots is recommended and quoted separately as a maintenance plan, and you see that price in writing before anything is scheduled. Mulch is left in place. Mulching does not guarantee rhizome removal, and no single visit can guarantee that no shoot ever reappears.

Requests are not bookings

A call, text or form submission starts a conversation about your property. It is not a booking and not a confirmed quote, and this website does not collect payment. Scheduling happens after you accept the written price.

SMS messaging terms

Brush Masters may send automated quote-request updates and follow-up reminders only when you opt in. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of requesting an estimate. Providing your phone number without selecting the SMS consent checkbox is not an opt-in.

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in or use the Brush Masters SMS messaging program.
